ibidPREP takes pride in gently steering our younger students to excellent scores on their state exams in both ELA [English Language Arts] and Math. We improve reading, fortify math processes, and sharpen writing skills without turning students into unthinking robots.  We do not “teach to the test"—we simply teach.

We have been honing our materials and syllabuses since the State Tests were changed to conform to the Common Core in 2012. All classes and one-on-one work is supplemented with our own exams and textbook: Remain Clam! Test Taking & the Student Mind: 4th Grade NY State Edition.

Our approach has been used to great effect in schools, in our classes and with our private students.

When will score reports be released?

Stuart and the Ibid prep team are absolutely incredible! My son is a great student but a very nervous test taker and we couldn't have been luckier to have found Ibid before his 4th grade exams. Stuart took the time with me to find exactly the right tutor for my son. Paul, the tutor he placed us with, was nothing short of amazing - brilliant, kind, calm, and so supportive of my son. He went into his exams fully prepared and most importantly, totally RELAXED.
